Advertising Campaign Manager


We’re searching for an Advertising Campaign Manager to champion our global advertising strategy. As an integral part of our Digital Sales team, you’ll work closely with our in-house team of digital specialists on global, multi-language & multi-currency campaigns and have direct access to, and work cross-functionally with, our in-house creatives & data engineers who will support you on performance optimisation.

We need you to dig deep to understand the Bellroy customer, lead a team who implement campaigns, and manage our advertising budget and performance goals (ROAS) to increase sales. You’ll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as Google and Facebook to execute our ad strategy from new customer acquisition channels to retention marketing.

  • Worked with our CRM Lead on a retention marketing strategy and dug into ad incrementality testing for re-engaging our customers.
  • Discussed display and social performance optimisation of our German-language campaigns with our Technical Marketing Lead.
  • Brainstormed with our Performance Marketer on optimising our Amazon Advertising strategy.
  • Prepared a quarterly report on advertising creative performance to share with the Creative Director.
  • Concluded a geographic holdout test on YouTube and spoke with our Data team about the results.
  • Consulted on the advertising channels to activate as part of an upcoming product release with the Campaign Planning team.


  • 4+ years of experience in digital advertising, including managing Google & Facebook advertising campaigns in a B2C landscape
  • A couple of years experience managing a team and a genuine enjoyment watching your team members grow
  • Experience managing a digital advertising budget in the millions
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics & GTM
  • An understanding of marketing attribution & performance reporting
  • A general interest and understanding of ROAS bid strategies & machine-learning
  • Familiarity with broader digital marketing landscape
  • A curious, analytical, data driven approach
  • Strong interest in customer insights and human behaviour

It’s where our Product Designers experiment in the Maker Lab, and our Sales team consume awesome amounts of espresso and Skype bandwidth. Things are more tranquil here than our Fitzroy neighbours and we like the focus that can create. There’s a cafe right next door if you need a quick bite and our 11am surf check always provides the perfect chance to reset the mind with some salt air.


Our Fitzroy space is immersed in the middle of Melbourne’s creative hub. It’s where our Creative, Marketing, Engineering and Operations teams develop campaigns and ensure each Bellroy is sent safely across the world. Walk out the door and you’ll find streets bursting with energy (and the best ramen joint this side of Tokyo). There’s also an olympic-size pool just around the corner for those in need of a lunchtime refresh.


Outside of our two main headquarters we have a team that works remotely - from Western Australia to parts of Asia, the USA and Europe. Being global is at the heart of Bellroy, it keeps us connected, and makes sure we see life from many different perspectives.
