Amazon eCommerce Manager


Bellroy is a digitally-native carry brand that takes great pride in crafting exceptional products while delivering an unparalleled customer experience. We’re growing our reach, with Amazon storefronts in fourteen countries. We are seeking an Amazon eCommerce Manager to strengthen our brand presence and grow marketplace sales by leveraging Amazon’s commerce tools.

In this newly created role, you’ll report to our Head of Digital Sales and work cross-functionally with our Customer Success Manager from Amazon and internal optimization teams to identify, prioritize and implement growth opportunities. You will work within Seller Central to understand performance and customer interaction with categories, make recommendations for featured products in advertising, manage the storefront pages in multiple languages, monitor product reviews and customer feedback, and build and maintain reporting for the Amazon business.

  • Met with the Head of Digital Sales to discuss tracking to sales targets & performance goals
  • Worked with the Digital Content Coordinator to trigger an update to Amazon product titles to ensure maximum search visibility
  • Briefed in storefront updates to our Creative team in line with our new Outdoor campaign
  • Had a conference call with our Customer Success Manager from Amazon to discuss high priority optimization opportunities
  • Chaired an Amazon Optimization meeting to prioritize new projects with the cross-functional team
  • Monitored customer reviews and provided feedback to the Product Management team on low rated products
  • Worked with our Demand Planner to forecast units to sell on Amazon for an upcoming product launch
  • Joined a call with our Amazon Advertising partner to brief them on our March Outlet sale
  • Defined our deals & coupon strategy and developed a promotional calendar
  • Supported the roll out of a new Amazon platform in an emerging market


  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience managing a B2C eCommerce site with demonstrated success driving online sales (direct experience within Amazon Seller Central preferable)
  • The ability to organize and prioritize your workload to meet deadlines, as well as influence the priorities of others
  • A team-oriented approach and the ability to work across multiple business units
  • Strong execution skills and the ability to “get the job done”
  • A curious, analytical, data-driven approach
  • The desire to work for a company that cares about doing good things for the world

This is a full-time position - we’re open to your location but would require some cross-over hours with our Melbourne-based team.

'Bellroy' is a fusion of our two homes – Bells Beach and Fitzroy. Bells Beach brings a relaxed, outdoor vibe to balance Fitzroy's creative, urban style. The city and the sea; inspiration and adventure. Together they provide a perfect balance.

Our beach HQ sits behind giant sandstone cliffs that overlook one of Australia’s best-known surfing coastlines. It’s where our Product Designers experiment in the Maker Lab, and our Sales team consume awesome amounts of espresso and Skype bandwidth. Things are more tranquil here than our Fitzroy neighbours and we like the focus that can create. There’s a cafe right next door if you need a quick bite and our 11am surf check always provides the perfect chance to reset the mind with some salt air.


Our Fitzroy space is immersed in the middle of Melbourne’s creative hub. It’s where our Creative, Marketing, Engineering and Operations teams develop campaigns and ensure each Bellroy is sent safely across the world. Walk out the door and you’ll find streets bursting with energy (and the best ramen joint this side of Tokyo). There’s also an olympic-size pool just around the corner for those in need of a lunchtime refresh.


Outside of our two main headquarters we have a team that works remotely - from Western Australia to parts of Asia, the USA and Europe. Being global is at the heart of Bellroy, it keeps us connected, and makes sure we see life from many different perspectives.
